What is Cross Gym?
Cross Gym young is a helpful and fun course designed specifically for the young to involve them and passionate about movement.
In a protected environment such as the studio Joy Moves, young people will be able to train in groups (max 8 participants) to develop body awareness, coordination, dexterity without neglecting the postural aspect and muscle elasticity. Different techniques are used from functional training to circuit training using small tools, balls and rubber bands. Each lesson is different and stimulating.
