Sound bath with mineral quartz bowls
The quartz bowls are a precious novelty in the world of sound healing. The sound envelops our body like a hug, giving the sensation of a delicate massage and a state of deep relaxation. The purest notes and harmonic sounds create a vibrational field that resonates with the body and its energy centers. The bowls are composed of pure mineral quartz. The silicon crystal being an extraordinary conductor, stabilizes, amplifies and transmits the pure tone. Sounds are heard not only with the ears but with the whole body and affect all levels: physical, energetic, emotional and mental.
There is currently a lot of literature on the benefits of vibrations from these instruments. The sounds of the quartz bowls generate a very deep state of relaxation, helping the release of accumulated tensions in the tissues, rebalancing our nervous system for better stress management and better emotional balance. The sound bath is a regenerating experience that we can periodically dedicate to ourselves in those moments when we particularly feel the need to take a break. You receive it comfortably lying down, in an intimate environment with soft lights to feel safe and cuddled by the sound.
The sound bath takes place in small groups on a monthly basis, one Sunday a month at 6 pm. The duration is approximately one hour. On request also individual and couple sessions. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
