What is TRX?
TRX is a specific tool, consisting of two tie rods with relative handles and fixed to the ceiling.
It is a type of training that falls within the disciplines of "Functional Training", it is about exercises performed on the ground, standing, in partial suspension. It is a new training technique that helps to increase lean body mass, coordination and stability in movements, helping to burn many calories and excess fat.
TRX uses the body weight of those who train and, therefore, both the level of toning and the weight load are perfectly calibrated on the effort that each person's body needs. It is possible to practice TRX with any level of fitness from the athlete to the person who wants to tone every single muscle in the body in a profound way. TRX practiced intensely takes no more than 45 minutes!
